2. **Verification:** Our team will review your request and the provided images to verify the damage or reason for return.

4. **Return Shipping:** Please note that the charges for returning the product will be covered by the customer.

5. **Replacement:** Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement product to you without any additional product or shipping costs.

**Chargeback Claims:**

If you choose to initiate a chargeback claim, our team will thoroughly examine the reason for the claim. If it is found to be valid according to our refund policy, we will issue the refund to your Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, or bank account.

**Conditions for Return:**

- The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 1 to 2 days of delivery.
- The reason for return must be clearly stated along with supporting images.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
